PRACTICAL
YOGURT PRODUCTION

INGREDIENTS:

          Milk, Sweet, Bacterial culture, Stabilizers.

PROCEDURE:

*    Heat the milk
*    Cool the milk
*    Thin the yogurt with milk
*    Whisk the thinned yogurt into the milk
*    Transfer the pot to the oven (110 0 F)
*    Wait for yogurt set (4 hrs)
*    Cool the yogurt
*    If can be keep 2 weeks in refrigerator

SCHOOL INDUCTION PROGRAMME

INTRODUCTION

             As a part of our B.Ed curriculum I came to the Govt.V.H.S.S.Poovar. i reached at 9'O clock but all of us did not come on time. Therefore I had to wait for others. Leena teacher was there to give some instructions. Teachers are very loving and they welcomed as whole healthy. The school is situate in a beautiful atmosphere. A group of five teacher trainees from different options were selected for the school visit. The school visit started on 23/01/2017 and ended on the following day. The teacher provided a sufficient facilities. The purpose of school visit was to observe the experienced teachers and grasp the method of teaching.

OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
TOWARDS LIBRARY READINGS
 ABSTRACT


In these days the library is one of the important centres of resource material. Library provide guidance to teach the curriculum construction and in the selection of books. The science teacher should not follow only the textbook and also refer more books from the library. Book reading increase student’s knowledge, attitude, concentration, and imagination.

The major objectives of this study are as follows:
1.    To find out the objectivity of libraries in the school.
2.    To study the reading habits of children.
3.    To study the importance of library reading.

I selected survey method for this study. This study contains 10 questions and 10 students. At the end of this study I found that most of the students were likes to read books. And the students get more information from book reading. And also they prefer school library for collecting books.

TOWARDS COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION




 ABSTRACT

A competitive examination is an examination where candidates are ranked according to their grades. Mostly the competitive examinations conducted for select the excellent students. Some of the competitive exams are entrance exam, civil service exam, and public exams. Competitive exams are like a positive push for students towards their excellence. Real excellence is when the academic knowledge is used efficiently to get through competitive exams. These exams provide very good support to student by offering scholarship also. It always the reward which keeps you going in positive direction towards your goals. Preparing for competitive exams help in finding out the scholastic talent in student. The main aim of competitive exams is to improve intellectual, logical, skills and reasoning capabilities among students. Most of the competitive exams are the combination of aptitude and subject knowledge. Main competitive exams are Google science fair, National talent search examination, Kishore vijayan protsahanyogana, Olympiad etc.

The main objectives of the study are:

1.       To study how students appear competitive exams.
2.       To identify the scholarly students.
3.       To study the interest of students towards competitive exams.
4.       To study the intelligence level of a student.
5.     To study how to train the students to face school level competitive exam.

Survey method is adopted for this study. 10 questions and 15 students were selected for this study. At the end of this study I found that students have positive approach towards competitive exams and also they are ready to face school level competitive exams at any time.
