YOGURT PRODUCTION
INGREDIENTS:
Milk,
Sweet, Bacterial culture, Stabilizers.
PROCEDURE:
Heat the milk
Cool the milk
Thin the yogurt with milk
Whisk the thinned yogurt into the milk
Transfer the pot to the oven (110 0 F)
Wait for yogurt set (4 hrs)
Cool the yogurt
If can be keep 2 weeks in refrigerator
